WELCOME

In 2018, I joined the faculty in the Department of Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas as an Assistant Professor. My work has focused on two areas: clinical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan and response variability and its relation to complex behavioral repertoires. My work has been published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis in Practice, Learning and Motivation, Perspectives on Behavior Science, and Behavioral Interventions. I am an Associate Editor of the Journal of Mental Health Research in Intellectual Disabilities and currently serve on the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management.
